Volunteer & Get Involved

Make a difference for animals in our community!

Volunteers play an important role in supporting the Huron County Humane Society and the animals in our care. Whether you have a little time to give or are looking for a way to become more involved, we would love to hear from you.

There are many ways to help, and volunteer opportunities may vary based on our current needs. Opportunities may include helping with shelter activities, events and fundraisers, community outreach, administrative projects, animal enrichment, and other areas where an extra set of hands can make a difference.

Interested in Volunteering?

Complete our Volunteer Interest Form using the link below. Tell us a little about yourself, your interests, and how you would like to help.

Submitting the form lets us know you are interested in volunteering and helps us match potential volunteers with opportunities that fit their interests and our current needs. A member of our team will follow up with additional information as appropriate.

Thank you for wanting to give your time and talents to help animals in our community. Every helping hand makes a difference! 🐾
